PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PARIWISATA KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstract

Employee utilization is the main alternative that is needed, especially on the factor of improving employee performance. For this reason, this research will analyze how the factors influencing the work environment, work motivation and work discipline affect the performance of employees in the Bantul Regency Tourism Office. Research data obtained through documentation and questionnaires. The sample used in the study were 70 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide useful information for leaders and employees. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the partial analysis show that the significance of the influence of the work environment is 0.001, work motivation is 0.002 and work discipline is 0.000 on employee performance. While simultaneously the significance of the influence of work environment variables, work motivation and work discipline of 0,000 on employee performance.
