Abstract

Abhayagiri restaurant is a restaurant with five star class (fine dinning). Service full, of food more specific, special and classy. The atmosphere elegant while entered the restaurant. In the restaurant have the rules that must be followed by the customer. The waiter wearing formal dress and they are trained. Chef who is experienced and with high price customers get the satisfaction and the various aspects. This research is to explain the role of service waiter to customers satisfaction in Abhayagiri restaurant. Method of the research used is observation, interview, documentation, literature and data analyzed to obtain the desired result summarized. The result of the study will show waiter role in providing services to customers. This will show an increase in customers satisfaction mean increased profit for the company.
